Carlsbad, California
La Costa Valley is one of the newer communities in Carlsbad. Built in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s, you get the best of the newer amenities built in recent years, along with the “resort type” amenities that accompany the older La Costa communities right next door. This exclusive community is full of homes with rolling hills and wonderful views, and its centerpiece – the World Class La Costa Resort and Spa. It’s here, at the La Costa Resort and Spa, where you can play on a World Class golf course – former home to the PGA Match Play Championships, or maybe you prefer women’s professional tennis La Costa is also home to the Acura Classic Women’s Professional Tennis Tournament. Homes range in size, from smaller single story homes of about 2,000 square feet, to some larger “estate type” homes nearing 4,000 square feet.
La Costa Valley is also known for it’s world class community center. Here you can enjoy swimming in the Jr. Olympic size pool, playing one of two lighted tennis courts, get you work-out at the fitness center or just let the kids run and play on the playplace. There’s also a highly respected pre-school in the community center, which is where many of the local pre-kindergartners attend. Did we mention your about a mile and a half to the wonderful beaches of the Pacific Ocean!! No wonder this is one of Carlsbad’s favorite communities.
